It led us to identify a candidate who had recently been made redundant. The candidate was looking for the potential of a long term position after 4 years with their previous employer, and was keen to help, whilst proving himself to the client. The job began and the candidate proved a success. 2 months into the scheme, another project landed for the client. Straight away the client offered our temporary candidate a permanent role, and we reduced the fee by the amount we had already charged – a win-win situation demonstrating a flexible approach, and a highly cost effective method of recruiting.

We are currently in discussions to place a member of our recruitment team in the offices of one of our clients who has a key role to fill. We are proposing to dedicate a member of staff in order to maximize the chances of finding the best person. Our client is keen for lines of communication to be as open as possible, and by working from their office, we are able to deal with queries immediately. This will undoubtedly speed up the process. The client is delighted that we are taking such a pro-active approach to their business critical position.
