TH Associates acts an extension of your team, bringing genuine medium and long-term alignment through investment, strategy development and brand building in addition to addressing short-term financing requirements.  We work on multiple facets of a project depending on the need and our ability to add value. This ranges from sourcing to structuring, securing to monitoring and ultimately assisting on exiting opportunities.

We are currently working on the development of original, innovative concepts within the real estate sector as well as traditional co-investments, acquisitions, recapitalizations and exits.

Our focus has shifted from a transaction-based approach to a partner driven approach, given:

  1. the region's need to deploy large amounts of capital over sustainable periods of time and,

  2. the benefits of having fewer, but more meaningful partners.

Our end goal is to establish partnerships with institutions that outperform both financially and ethically.
